El fiscal Carlos Gonella destac\u00f3 el rol del Observatorio de Derechos Humanos de la UNRC por mantener viva la Memoria.<\/p>\n<p>Gonella se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la causa Guti\u00e9rrez permite demostrar c\u00f3mo fue la estructura de represi\u00f3n del gobierno militar en R\u00edo Cuarto, como subzona dentro de la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Gonella uno by javier\" width=\"696\" height=\"400\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?visual=true&#038;url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F2126009361&#038;show_artwork=true&#038;maxheight=1000&#038;maxwidth=696\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el auxiliar de fiscal, Facundo Trotta, dijo que la causa tiene muchas v\u00edctimas en la regi\u00f3n de R\u00edo Cuarto y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en la represi\u00f3n tuvo un rol preponderante la polic\u00eda de la Provincia aunque tambi\u00e9n la polic\u00eda Federal ha participado de hechos de torturas en R\u00edo Cuarto.<\/p>\n<p>Trotta tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 los hechos que tuvieron como epicentro la Universidad nacional local.<\/p>\n<p>La coordinadora del Observatorio de Derechos Humanos de la Universidad consider\u00f3 que lo sucedido en la Universidad durante la dictadura deber\u00eda ser conocido por quien transita la casa de estudios.<\/p>\n<p>Mercedes Reyna coment\u00f3 que quien pase por la Universidad deber\u00eda conocer su historia y lo que sucedi\u00f3 en tiempos como el de la dictadura.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Reyna uno by javier\" width=\"696\" height=\"400\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?visual=true&#038;url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F2126020878&#038;show_artwork=true&#038;maxheight=1000&#038;maxwidth=696\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>La doctora Reyna tambi\u00e9n agreg\u00f3 que para la segunda parte del a\u00f1o el Observatorio tiene una agenda con varias acciones y temas.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos buscar\u00e1n cerrar actividades iniciadas previamente y otras se inscribir\u00e1n entre las nuevas del Observatorio.<\/p>\n<p>En otro orden, el fiscal Gonella consider\u00f3 que el decreto del gobierno nacional  sobre la detenci\u00f3n de personas es un \u00abgolpe de efecto\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El fiscal federal de C\u00f3rdoba sostuvo que hace muchos a\u00f1os que est\u00e1 esa posibilidad de detenci\u00f3n que ahora el gobierno plantea como novedosa y afirm\u00f3 que las detenciones a las militantes acusadas de dejar esti\u00e9rcol la vereda del diputado Espert est\u00e1n enmnarcadas en un clima de \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Causa Guti\u00e9rrez.
