{"id":8317,"date":"2023-07-14T12:30:48","date_gmt":"2023-07-14T12:30:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radio.unrc.edu.ar\/?p=8317"},"modified":"2023-07-14T12:30:48","modified_gmt":"2023-07-14T12:30:48","slug":"la-unrc-repudio-el-ingreso-de-la-policia-provincial-a-la-universidad-nacional-de-jujuy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radio.unrc.edu.ar\/?p=8317","title":{"rendered":"La UNRC repudi\u00f3 el ingreso de la polic\u00eda provincial a la Universidad Nacional de Jujuy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>COMUNICADO<\/p>\n<p>La Universidad Nacional de R\u00edo Cuarto adhiere al comunicado del Consejo Interuniversitario Nacional (CIN), que rechaza lo ocurrido en Jujuy, en relaci\u00f3n al ingreso de efectivos de la Polic\u00eda de la Provincia a la Universidad Nacional de Jujuy, en un hecho que representa \u00abuna violaci\u00f3n a la autonom\u00eda universitaria\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Estas acciones violentan la Autonom\u00eda Universitaria y la libertad de c\u00e1tedra, vulnerando el art\u00edculo 75 inciso 19 de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional que consagra la autonom\u00eda y autarqu\u00eda de las universidades nacionales y a la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n Superior N\u00b0 24.521 que, en su art\u00edculo 31, dispone la prohibici\u00f3n del ingreso de la fuerza p\u00fablica, si no media orden escrita previa y fundada de juez competente o solicitud expresa de la autoridad universitaria leg\u00edtimamente constituida.<\/p>\n<p>Estos hechos revisten gravedad institucional y dificultan las posibilidades de di\u00e1logo para la b\u00fasqueda de consensos en momentos de sensibilidad y conflictos sociales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FConsejoInteruniversitarioNacional%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02Sd1ywppBKUgjmxK9hRCghDuqMCbpkLV7HsKNifFehZjPgzenXCE2XWCg6jwBicBl&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"732\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>En un documento conjunto, los gremios docentes, nodocentes, y graduados de la UNRC repudiaron los hechos de violencia y persecuci\u00f3n que vive el pueblo juje\u00f1o.
